Is it me, or is #Ubuntu updating the kernel about three times per week? It feels like #WinXP before SP2 and the adoption of Patch Tuesday.

    Today: Update and reboot.

Two days later: Update and reboot.

Two or three days after that: Update and reboot.

Not sure about Ubuntu but Fedora is almost the same, maybe a little slower.

I did find this for Fedora but can't find something similar for Ubuntu.

I am guessing there have been many fixes like the one below that are owing to the rapid releases.

The flip side to this is Debian and on my servers I see a kernel update maybe every few months.
