I just realized that on my Friendica account https://friendica.mrpetovan.com/profile/hypolite I have 659 #Fediverse / #Federation followers, while I only have 114 #Twitter followers, despite the latter network having way more users and cross-posting to and from each other.

This just shows that network total size just isn't a relevant metrics when choosing a social media platform.
