There's a murder in a small European town that the local cops aren't equipped to handle, so an outside investgator is sent in to solve it, but he has some nebulous past connection to this place and also is battling his inner demons, and also everyone in town is hiding a secret that makes them seem guilty. It takes place in Luxembourg this time, though. Refreshing!
