    !21daychallenge Day 5
Here is yesterdays update: I had some leftover chinese cabbage, 2 tomatoes and 2 onions. I cleaned up and took care of my wooden plate. No personal project. No sports. No motivation. This challenge feels a little lonely at the moment.

It's about doing something that you coose for 21 days, whatever is important to you. So if you want to quit smoking you can challenge yourself not to smoke for 21 days, and tell us how you are doing every day, so you are accountable and for extra motivation. Or if you want to challenge yourself to do a piece of art every day or eat healthy, you can do that, too. It's about getting into the mood of feel like you're not struggeling on your own.

@einebiene ah, as I accept every day as a challange it's more like a #365daychallange to me. There is nothing special I want to achieve at the moment besides getting a partner. But I will update you personally on that progress.

Hehe. Yeah. There is quite a lot I'd like to accomplish and 21 days doesn't need to be the limit, it's more like a start... "forever" or "never again" always seems a bit depressing.
