Sometimes I think I might be crazy for being the only one to notice "automatic pour-over" or "pour-over robots" is just a fancier way to call a normal automatic drip coffee machine.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with automatic drip coffee, stop trying to rebrand to avoid stigma, the only people who care are insufferable twats anyway

@guizzy
This has been my maker for many years.

@geniusmusing @guizzy After I saw the single cup machine at the #hotel, I bought a $20 #coffee maker that automatically brews “12 cups” (tiny cups) of Folger’s decaf every morning at 05:00.
I’m quite satisfied with it. It is much better than the coffee they brew downstairs and the coffee in the office. (I am not a coffee snob.)

I'm ok being an insufferable twat, but drip coffee is almost always disgusting. the problem with pour offer is how precise you have to be. Espresso or cold brew for me.
part of this probably depends on how you drink your coffee. If you put milk in it then sure, drip is fine.
