    Remember G.HO.ST? I think it was Global Hosted Operating SysTem ... but that was a very long time ago.

    What I remember was a Flash-based hosted desktop on the Web. It wasn't quite Windows, it was more like a generic GUI-based system. ... there were only a few applications available, and when I saw it, there didn't seem to be a way to add to what it came with.
