Indeed but the issue isn't about software tho.
The issue is that some people have been using lies and other malicious means to harm people with the justification it's for the good of the community.
This isn't only about RMS, it's also about EsR and Torvalds and many other supporters who have been damaged, lost their life against inane arguments.
What does this say when the actual founder of the software freedom movement gets harmed by other members who injected their own malicious agenda on top of the said movement ?
And besides that, they aren't only asking for RMS's demise now, they are asking for the whole FSF board members to be removed.
If these people continue as they do there won't be any software freedom long term speaking. There will be some speudo freedom as long as you don't infringe the CoC.
