    Focus? No, remember that for most of Mozilla's existence, they've gotten huge cash inflows and were able to ignore users' immediate needs to become the Web's guardian and advocate. They have never had to focus.

    Not on their browsers, not on their mail client, not on any of their other projects. Other than Firefox and Thunderbird, can you think of a current MOZ project that is at least ten years old?

      SeaMonkey is the only one that comes to mind.
      Add to that the 50 million monthly users they have lost in the past three years and I am not sure if it will last for more than a few years. I find myself asking the question of what browser/email client do I use next? Maybe time to do some research and writing.
