Yes, but they are using their Friendica account through a Mastodon-compatible app that we do not control, so we cannot show a message "your relationship will be kept even if you block" and even if we somehow could, we wouldn't be able to offer the associated "revoke follow" feature that only the block feature can achieve on Mastodon.
