   Age Related Decline
   
   I walked about 8 miles round trip today, but had to stop and sit down twice during the trip.
   
   Years ago, I used to walk 7 miles one way (14 round trip) a couple of nights a week to buy an after work snack (ice cream and cherry Coke).

      I can relate but at the same time I can't recall the last time I walked 7-8 miles in one day let alone one trip.
