It is a start, but Apple *allowing* certain #iPhone and #Mac owners to repair their devices outside Apple's repair network is still them controlling their customers' property. I still rate this "FU".

    @geniusmusing I know one person that has done this with a Samsung (but I assume they could do it with an Apple), but they live far away.
