    Today’s lunch place: #Five_Guys.

Interacting with these locations is really deflating my opinion of Five Guys. Their food, their service, their employees, their company.

I mean, they aren’t especially horrible or anything. It’s just that I considered them among the best burger and fries joints in the nation and now I do not.

If you were planning to visit Five Guys, go ahead and do so. Like I said, they are not horrible. Just not as great as they once appeared to be.

I ate there once, food is like everywhere else, price is on another level. My local burger place (also a chain but not one of the "big" ones) is ~$10 for burger/fries/drink (all regular sized), my local 5Guys the same is ~$16.

@geniusmusing There was one next to my #hotel when I worked in New Hampshire ( #nh ) for a month. I had no cash, but I had plastic, and they took it. I ate there twice a day for the first three weeks. Maybe I was just hungry, but #Five_Guys seemed really good.

The #nyc franchisee could just not run them well, but this is quite a different experience.
