   The Winter storm continues. Snow in the mountains above 5,000 feet. Rain at lower elevations. Up to an inch in High Desert areas, up to half inch in Low Desert areas of #San_Bernardino and #Riverside counties. Minor flooding expected in low lying areas or areas with poor drainage.
   
   And, no, do not expect this to end the drought, unless it continues for months.
