      Serious question, as much as people seem to move around, is it just the people you supervise now or all that you have supervised this year?

         Just the current ones.
         
         Like with the ones you did, these field evaluations have no definite relationship with people's pay. In theory, the person in the head office who issues our annual evaluations should be basing most of it on these field evaluations.
         
         The annual evaluations are supposed to be connected to raises, but that is something new. And no one yet knows how it will work.
