   @triodug @Mitsu @K @meeper I think it's a size thing. People let small dogs get away with being pests because the result is usually (though not always, hence why they should still be trained) harmless little bites and a bit of yapping, a bigger dog that's not well trained results in lawsuits and serious injuries.

      @guizzy Just be aware that many landlords that permit dogs specifically ban Chihuahuas because they bite so often.
