@Jdogg247 I would be sympathetic to that argument if Twitter and other select private companies were not being shielded from liability with regard to the speech allowed on their platform on the basis of allowing free communication. They cannot have their cake and eat it too; these companies need to commit to either control speech (and be liable for the speech they allowed, essentially a death sentence for them all) or allow it entirely and avoid liability.
