Flora Drury, "Ukraine war: Deal signed to allow grain exports to resume by sea" https://bbc.com/news/world-europe-62268070

«[U]nder the terms of the deal:
    • Russia will not target ports while shipments are in transit [...]»

Reuters reporter, "Ukraine says Russian missiles hit Black Sea port" https://reuters.com/world/europe/russian-missiles-hit-ukraines-black-sea-port-odesa-ukrainian-military-2022-07-23/

Just one day after signing the deal, Russian missiles hit the sea port of Odesa.

There is no point in signing any deals with Russia as it always breaks its commitments.

    (In the past Russia violated:

    • Budapest Memorandum (1994)
    • Russia-NATO-Founding Act (1997)
    • Treaty on joint and unhindered sea traffic in the Sea of Azov (2003)
    • Three truces to establish humanitarian corridors for Aleppo (2006)

And people still believe that Russia will keep its word?)
