    Before I sell it maybe I should try to shame all other hipsters and try and use my Osborne 1 in public.

    Basically lug a 25 pounds "laptop", have to use a power outlet because no battery, fans running all the time, swapping floppies to type text on Wordstar with a at most adequate keyboard and a monochrome green phosphor 5" display.

      Using this computer really gives a lot perspective regarding how much of a revolution personal computing was even with the limited applications of the late 70s early 80s, that people were willing to go to these lengths to use something like Visicalc.
