    Without having visited the state legislature's site to read the text, I cannot tell what requirements it could impose on tiny, non-profit social sites like this one.

    TwitFace can afford to hire an attorney to interpret the law's meaning, a compliance specialist to document their efforts to appear compliant, and a press officer to explain why any violations are not really violations.
