I saw a guy I worked with 20-25 years ago. He hasn't put on much weight, but he's got a graying beard.

After I got an infection and lost 30lb in 10 days, I couldn't lift a 40-50lb box anymore, so he took over putting away incoming shipments. Surpringly, part of that strength never returned.
