Stopped for lunch at a burger joint. An elderly woman had ordered through the drive through and her order got mixed up.

The situation nearly had me and other dining room customers in tears, but one compassionate manager was able to resolve it and comfort the obviously upset customer.

They messed up my fries, but I'll just ignore it.
