Today, a lady brought us her personal #Fitbit device to see whether we could fix it. We're not allowed to touch personal devices at all, and told her so. But I did give her a tip: when you're over 50, 30 year olds expect to have to help you with tech devices. I advised her to find a young adult and play the "tech challenged senior" card (she really is that, but she's really a nice person) to get assistance from someone who isn't restricted from helping.
