I might have accidentally made a co-worker's work life a little more difficult. He's a trainee and he works beside me, even though he isn't *my* trainee. My boss asked how he's performing and I said it is hard to work with someone who does not communicate.

Apparently, others have said the same, so he may get called into the office for a talk.

I really think this job is a lot more social than people expect, but there are similar jobs that have more interfacing with machines and less interacting with people.
