The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California had some tight restrictions on things like watering your garden ... depending on which community one lives in ... but is relaxing them in view of this year's wet Winter. (The thing is, the "member water agencies" don't have to relax requirements on their customers.)

Still a big thing. Much of !SoCal has had tighter restrictions than the state as a whole, and whenever the state imposes new restrictions, it looks for X percent reduction in water use, and if your area is already doing things that other areas aren't, you're still required to cut use by X percent.
