    On the phone with bank support *again*. Now that I'm finally able to log into their site, there's no way to enter my payees' info.

    "No payee accounts found. Please contact us for assistance."

    Planning to get rid of this bank ASAP.

      And all it needed was for a "senior agent" to click a toggle. Except that's basic functionality that should be enabled by default.
