I don't know who this guy is, but I don't think the Federal Reserve is quite ready to roll out a #CDBC. They have been asked (by Treasury, if I recall correctly) to participate in a test of such a currency (Central Bank Digital Currency, but if they don't rush out a half-baked version of their digital dollar, it could take a while.
