It looks like Tropical Cyclone Mocha is now an "Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm". Areas of Myanmar (Burma) already torn apart by war are about to get flooded. Also parts of Bangladesh and India, but most of the storm surge is headed for Myanmar.
