   Two hours session with the TechTeam at $EMPLOYER. So far, they're just reading legal mumbo-jumbo at us. Paid, at least.

      It got a little better. Then came Q&A.
      
      I actually learn some things from the Q&A sessions. For example, there's a policy coming from the VA and OPM that could raise our pay considerably ... $EMPLOYER is still looking at how it applies to various categories of employee.

      I also took the time to look at the HR notices they sent out. It seems I got a pair of small raises, one for cost of living and one for performance.
      
      It's nice to finally be getting performance raises again.
