   The ladt couple of days, #T-Mobile home Internet has been mostly unusable. But last night around 23:00, it suddenly went from 0.0 kbps to 49.0 Mbps. I guess I need to change my sleep schedule until I can replace the ISP.
   
   (Their home Internet service is priority 9, so anytime there is network congestion, those customers' packets get delayed or dropped.)
