I read James SA Corey's new short story How It Unfolds yesterday. It's a very quick read with some interesting (though not fully developed) ideas about future space travel/colonization. It reminded me vaguely of a much more condensed (and less trashy) version of Dennis Taylor's We Are Legion (We Are Bob), at least as it applies to the idea of humanity technologically replicating itself across the galaxy.

While I enjoyed the single-serving story, I know Ty Franck and Daniel Abraham had mentioned their plans to work on a new non-Expanse-related scifi project. I hope this isn't what they were talking about, because I want a lot more.
