    This week is a lot cooler than last week. Low 90s ⁰F versus 103-106⁰F.

    Still, I noticed that I wasn't sweating during today's walk, so I stopped at #Del_Taco and got a large ½ Diet Coke ½ Coke Zero and within a few minutes I was covered with sweat.

      After I left there, I walked to a nearby park and sat in the shade for an hour.

      The two things combined seemed to really help. I felt much better.
