    WTF? Doesn't actually address the moral issue. I see no reason to limit migration at all. Like he says even his proposal won't make the xenophobes happy. He says some Americans are fearful for safety health or welfare abise. Most of these, I believe, are just trying to conver their racidm. Other wise they'd have the same problems with American "uselwaa eaters" to use an objectivist teem.
