FWIW, Brazil had it at 13,25%/year as of a week ago. it is now 12,75%/year. we've had it at 18%/year in the recent past. we haven't had it lower than 10%/year very often in my lifetime. what does that tell you? how does that line up with the narrative you're trying to build?
