    From what I’ve seen so far, contaminated formula caused two confirmed deaths and several more are suspected.

    My nephew’s son is getting formula because of some problems that he had with mother’s milk. I definitely support the FDA improving its inspection process and putting the companies on blast for their penny pinching slipshod production processes.
