I deliberately haven’t sought news about the tragic events in Israel, but I will reject any response that reduce the conflict to only two parties. To my knowledge, both Hamas and the recent Israeli governments have been respectively using the Palestinian people and the Israeli people as expendable pawns in both the religious war between each other and their local power grab schemes.

So much so that I believe that both Hamas and the current Israeli governments are delighted about this escalation at the expense of the civilian population on both sides with whom my thoughts are exclusively.
