    Honest question, mastodon: what is the moral foundation of requiring/championing an "open web" when you're using a closed OS?

    Like, why *does* the web need to be open when [if] the stack you use it on is not? What's the difference?

      @klaatu I'd say the more open the better, and then it's up to personal judgement what's a reasonable trade-off given circumstances.
