I used a shop's app last Saturday to order something they don't have in stock. Today I went to the shop to pick it up. But I didn't have it in my order history. Weird. I checked my credit card transaction log. No payment last Saturday. Huh.
I asked if they happened to have it in stock anyway, but they didn't, so I went back home and tried to order it again in the app.
It was still in the shopping cart. So I must have missed clicking some confirmation step? But I remember going through the payment dance and I knew it should be arriiving today, I even added it to my calendar.
Oh well, just try checking out again. Do the payment dance, confirm in bank app, go back to shop app. Oh! It says "Transaction unsuccessful" in small blue and then a button "Continue shopping". I remember last Saturday thinking "alright then" and clicking that button. So that was the error screen, not the confirmation screen.
