   If I look at flathub.org/apps/io.gitlab.lib… and github.com/flathub/io.gitlab.l… they say LibreWolf is at v121. Why does Discover keep wanting to downgrade it from v119 to v118?

      flatpak cli wants to bump it to v121 from what I can tell. So it's a Discover flatpak plugin issue.

         Yep, CLI bumped it to v121, both LibreWolf itself and Discover agree. And Discover says everything is up to date and doesn't want to downgrade things.
