   Swedish meatballs, before the meat or balls

   When I cook for myself I'll have this minus the bread plus red lentils, and a bit of Maggi chili garlic sauce.

   Now we add some ground pig and cow, some melted butter, and then roll it all into 80 or so balls. It's a weekend night kid and dad activity.

      All set for a week or two, depending on my day-to-day motivation to provide a little more variety.
