            @once48a1 yes were.But they pileed up a lot of needed investment, have now large construction work going on and are running on a full rail road system, so small delays can sum up quickly and escalate on some routes.This weekend in special, there was some vandalism (theft of cables) at a main high speed route causing much delay for some connections.
