Clarification: The "infrastructure" they're mentioning is not the proper functioning of opencollective.com in general.
They seem to be talking about functionality they needed in Open Collective the software to assist a huge fiscal sponsor, and/or organizational structure and software they needed on the Foundation's side to handle the workload internally.
