Ohgod I need advice about a really complicated tenancy thing

All the charities are going to go "Uhhhh fuck that's kinda niche"

Lawyers/Solicitors seem to super-side-eye anyone asking about advice, even if yr like

"I am willing to pay you? Like, I give you money in exchange for services? ..No?"

So who do I go to? :S

Is there some rich-people shibboleth for "advice about a legal thing" that I'm not using which is getting me sneered at here?
