   Calling something a standard when only one or two programs in an ecosystem of many use it is usually laughably arrogant, unless its the kind of thing where there's MS Word, Wordperfect, and everyone else with the remaining 1% market share.

      I wonder if ActivityPub evangelists have the self-awareness to realise that trying to shove it down everyone's throats is exactly how you get people to REFUSE to adopt a proposed standard.
