         @mcscx i was looking for a USB one that worked on Linux but i found this that works with the phone so it's ideal to take outside.

            @ghostdancer I have got an inexpensive vga resolution usb borescope. It works fine w/ xawtv, so maybe vga usb microscopes will work, too

                  @ghostdancer sometimes there's interesting info on such products on Youtube. (Of course also a lot of noise, shaky videos without talking)
