Nathan Hawks@madprops Twitch has diversified a lot and is a very, very, very big player now. Worth exploring what they have. Not sure about audio-only specifically but suspect some such. Otherwise of course podcasting platforms exist (I don't consume that kind of audio content). Don't even know what the modern opensource replacement for shoutcast/icecast is (confirming: dating myself as listening to internet radio like it's ca 1999)
