         All shareholders will have voting rights, and the new #Ocho will be legally bound to keep production in the town, unlike the #Cadbury owners

         @strypey I'll take a look. I don't particularly want to own shares because I do not live in the community where they are based, but I do want community-based enterprises to again take root.

            Not sure whether that's AU$100 or NZ$100 per share, If I was in-country, I'd buy at least one share just to help out. As a foreigner, I'm sure there will be more paperwork (and taxation issues) than I'm willing to endure.
