      The ban had barred the Army from accepting soldiers with a history of self-mutilation, bipolar disorder, depression and drug and alcohol abuse.

      @alpacaherder A little worrying, if you ask me. Are the soldiers going to get their needed mental health & sobriety support while they are busy battling IS and AQ?

        @lnxw48a1 Well, I presume no.  Too many soldiers with "special needs" are going to reduce effectiveness.  Bring back Conservation Corps!
