      @samuel5389 Sorry if I have been a bit rude on this one. I mean that if we examine the process of decolonization, I am sure we can find examples of states that became independent not based on a process of massive law-breaking. Even though that's not the rule. I also find very sad that it is too easy to convince people to break apart, and so difficult to convince people of getting toguether.
