@samuel5389 I tend to agree with you on this one, but the issue is a bit more complex than that. For instance, the maps that catalan nationalists use to represent their "nation" is much biger than Catalonia, including other regions of Spain. In fact, I am a catalan speaker from one of those regions. If they want to be independent because it is a nation, why can't the rest of what they call their nation have a say (vote) on that?
