         The rows from left to right are: dino kale, white cabbage, russian kale. There are a few mystery basil plants in there as well. :)

               Most of the veggies will get fermented into a sauerkraut like concoction and then it's SNACK TIME! om nom nom

                  Roasted sauerkraut is the bomb. My mother use to make a roasted leg of lamb with sauerkraut.

                     fortunately for me, there is plenty of home-grown hogget to go with the home-grown kraut.

                        We recently discovered baking a couple of chicken thighs over sauerkraut works well too.
